You’ve got questions about our products or service, we get it. Hopefully the questions below should address any questions you may have, but if not, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for further information.

Our scarves are 100% acrylic. They are much softer and luxurious than your standard fan bar scarf due to the tighter knit.

Our standard dimensions for our scarves are approx 140cm x 17cm. Sizes can slightly different dependent on the design and amount of colours used. We can make slightly longer scarves if required – The max width we can produce is 155cm on our standard machines.

Unfortunately not. Our machines are configured for bulk production. For each order our machines have to be configured and calibrated accordingly and this takes time. Technically we could produce just one unit, but it would cost the same as 50 units so we’d rather you take 50.

Absolutely. Due to overwhelming demand we have had to start charging a £20 delivery fee for any samples. This fee is then deducted from any resulting order you place.

We can accomodate up to 7 colours within a scarf. We’ll always try and colour match the best we can, but as you can imagine we do need to work to yarn stock colours. Please advise us if you require us to send you a photo of a particular yarn colour from our yarn book.

Yes, and we very much encourage you to do so. We love to see badges and logos brought to life within our scarves. As you can imagine extremely intricate detail is very diffficult to accomodate within a knitted product, but we’ll always do our best to do your artwork justice. On occasions artwork may need to be slightly simplified, or we may need to reccomend the badge or logo to be knitted, if intricate detail is required.

Yes. We can accomodate up to 3 colours within your fringing.

This is all dependent on your order size. We charge flat fee of £25 for all orders up to 100 units. and £35 for orders between 101 – 200. For orders larger than this we need to quote accordingly as it all depends on how many boxes the scarves need to ship in.

We say to allow 20 working days from payment until you take delivery of your order. We will always do our best to deliver witin this time frame, but during our busiest periods we have to allow for additional production time.

Yes. We’ll ship anywhere in the world – we’ll just need to obtain a quote for the courier, so when enquiring just note down your location and we can quote based on the quantity you are interested in.

Yes. We love to try and knit artwork into our scarves, but embroidery is available if this is something you particularly want, or if artwork is too detailed to be knitted. This does come at an extra cost, and we’re only able to give an accurate quote once we know what the artwork looks like and the dimensions.

Of course. You can choose to have the same artwork on each side, or you can switch it up and go for a different design on each side. An excellent option if you’re struggling to decide between two different designs – go for them both!

Yes. If you aready have your own labels you can post them to us and we’ll knit them into each scarf at no extra cost. Alternatively if you’re interested in us producing your printed or embroidered labels to include just get in touch.

We like to stick to what we’re good at and that’s scarves. We do partner with some friends who can provide hats too – just get in touch if that’s something you are interested in.

No, unfortunately not. 50 units is our minimum order. We often get asked to produce a one off scarf for a special occasion, and while we’d love to, unfortunately we’re just unable to accomodate these requests.

No – you can choose to have no fringing at all if you prefer. We think it looks a bit weird, but we’re traditional – the choice is yours.
